Informative notice pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code (published on the Official Gazette on 29 July 2003, General Series No. 174, Ordinary Supplement No. 123/L) Purpose of the handling The dates will be handled to allow to the user to require or to give administrative, commercial information or relative to human resources. Handling procedure The data will be handled using mainly electronic computers and other automatic processing systems, and will be stored on both data carriers ad hardcopy, as well as on any other type of suitable medium, according to minimum security measures, in pursuance of the Technical Specifications applicable to minimum security measures, Annex B, Privacy Code. Compulsory nature All the requested data is compulsory. Consequences of the refusal of personal data In the event that one or more compulsory data is not entered, the data subject may not enjoy the requested service. Recipients of the personal data The personal dates relative to the handling under examination can be disclosed to the other companies inside the Groupe and only for the purposes previously stated. Rights of the data subject In respect of the handling of personal data, pursuant to art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code: 1. The data subject is entitled to obtain the confirmation of the existence of any personal data regarding self, though not yet recorded, and its disclosure in a clear form. 2. The data subject is entitled to know: a) the origin of personal data; b) the handling purposes and procedure; c) the logics adopted if personal data is handled using IT equipment; d) the identification data of the holder, of the managers and of the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, sub-section 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects the personal data can be disclosed to or may come to their knowledge, acting as representatives appointed in the territory of the State, managers or delegates. 3. The data subject is entitled to obtain: a) the updating, modification or, where advisable, the integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the block of data handled in violation of any laws, including the data that need not be stored in connection with the purposes for which such data has been collected and then handled; c) the evidence that the actions mentioned under letters a) and b) have been notified, also in terms of contents, to the recipients the data has been disclosed to, unless this obligation cannot be met or requires the use of means quite incommensurate to the protected right. 4. The data subject is entitled to object, either in part or wholly: a) for lawful reasons, to the handling of personal data concerning self, though consistent with the collection purpose; b) to the handling of personal data concerning self for the purpose of forwarding advertising or direct marketing material or for performing market researches or for business literature.
